NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Take notice that the Annual General Meeting (2018) will be held in the function facilities at the club at 17h00 on 20th December 2018.
All members are urged to attend in order to reach a quorum in line with the current Constitution. This is a necessity to elect an official committee.
Nomination forms for the election of members to the Executive Committee are available from the office/committee room or from serving committee members.
Nominations should reach the committee by close of business on 6th December 2018.
Copies of the annual financial statements will be available from the Committee Room or from a serving committee member from 23rd November 2018.
