NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Take notice that the Annual General Meeting (2017) will be held in the function facilities at the club at 17h30 on 19 December 2017.
All members are urged to attend.
Nomination forms for the election of members to the executive committee are available from the office/committee room or from serving committee members.
Nominations should reach the committee by close of business on 18 December 2017.
Copies of the annual financial statements will be available from the office/committee room or from a serving committee member from 4 December 2017.
